She spits up infrequently, but it is usually thick and slightly chunky. She will often pull off the breast while feeding and cry, and this makes her feedings irregular and unsatisfying for her. My daughter is 9 weeks old. She rarely ever spits up. But I still feel like she may have acid reflux. She is constantly swallowing. Like I can actually hear her food coming back up, and then she keeps swallowing. She will even wake from her sleep and start doing it back to back. And sometimes she will gag or even choke from it…
I am going to mention it to her doctor today and see what she says. But I am just curious if your little one had acid reflux what were their symptoms? It its not acid reflux could this possibly be a reaction to her formula, she is on Enfamil Gentlease… she’s a VERY gassy baby? Is it possible to be diagnosed with acid reflux without experiencing actual spitting up? Thanks

my son is 2 months old and for the past 4 days he will spit up like 2-3 hrs ater he eats and it smells like vomit,plus today i have a hard time giving him a bottle, now he actually doesnt gag or anything when it comes up just regular spitting up,im going to call my doc tomorrow to see if it could be acid reflux becuase i have looked it up and i geuss it could be that, anyone else’s baby have acid reflux?what were the symptoms and treatment? all answers appreciated,best answer gets 10 pts
