somebody please help me frequent urine i cant take it?

i already got tested for diabetes and it wasnt it.i drink at least 2 glasses of water before i go to bed so i need to stop.plus i drink fast i dont drink slow

You kinda answered your own question. You said the doctors said you are drinking too much liquid and you said you know you are.
Have you cut back on that?
You said you have IBS and gerd. Have you started any new medicactions in the last few months? Do any of the mediactions you are on have side effects of increasing urination?
cut back how much liquid you drink everyday by one glass a week. Keep track and see how it affects you. Either that will help once you cut back to the right amount of fluids for your body to handle or you will have more info for the doctors to go on.
For drinking no liquids after this time if you will get better good luck.
