moviegirl asked: i have just went to the doctor about two weeks ago… i had all my labs done… would having a complete exam and labs tell me rather or not i have heart problems? i was diagnosed with acid reflux because i would always have really bad gas pains in my lower stomach… i was given some pills and now i don’t have the pains nearly as much… the only thing is now i get like gassy pains in my chest area… i want to be sure this is just acid reflux or gas and not symptoms of a heart attack about to happen… usually when i get this feeling in my chest i also do have gas where i feel like have to burp or pass gas… it varies in the location of my chest as well… sometimes it will even radiate into the same area of my back… i do have a job where i sit all the time as well at home i sit a lot… i do try to ride my bike for 30 minutes every night too… also i know i don’t eat the best foods although some how my labs were great… i don’t even eat vegetables like i should… somehow my labs were really good… i am more of a meat and potato type person and snack on fiber one bars at work… they have 9 grams of fiber… i noticed when i do eat these i do get gassy too because of all this fiber… what do you know about heart burn and heart attack symptoms?

rfcnorton asked: We do know that he doesn’t have crohns disease. the Dr. says it’s GERD. I don’t believe this. I have GERD. and the symptoms aren’t the same. Has doesn;t have acid choking him to death. It is chronic pain in his stomach. And only in his stomach.I hope someone can enlighten me so I can get him some real help. It’s hard to see a 9 year old child having these kinds of pains.
He has ADHD. He doesn’t take medicine because he had so many side effects. he has some problems in school. But it’s with reading and writing. As far as it goes with home. he has it made. It’s not gastritis. I don’t know which wat to turn
It’s not Crohn’s. His markers came back negative. When I take him back to the doctor I’ll ask his to test him for the Diverticulitis. This is more common in people over 60. But it’s worth a try to have it done.

sierrabob_2001 asked: I’m 26 years old and have no family history of diseases… I’m on strick orders from the doctor not to drink alchol or cafiene and I’m trying to quit smoking.
I feel tired all the time and I can’t seem to wake up fuzy headedness. At one point I was experiencing panic attacks because of my issues with breathing and the pain in my chest the doctor helped me out but i still have all the problems.
Constipation… usually one or two days late… constant dull pain in lower right chest near center. I’ll have shooting pains that feel like a bee sting in lower center of chest and abdomin several times a day and now get them in my arms and legs. I have bowel movments that effects my blood pressure and rate…don’t ask me its weird. I tested positive for HPeloric and the doc put me on two antibiotics for two weeks now he has me on a proton inhibitor saying it will get beter in about three months…I’m a month and a half in and its not getting beter. It gets worse when i work out or at night when i lay down but I don’t eat four hours before I go to bed and I have my bed propped up for possible GERD. I have to constantly turn from side to side for an hour in bed to get everything feeling beter and even then the pain in the center of my chest really never goes away. I don’t know if this is really a concern but I’ve lost over 30 pounds in two months and I’m not trying. kinda cool though. My glands are swollen on the right side on my neck but grape size not anything to worry about. My neck and back muscles are un-relaxable I can message them all day and they are stone solid for no reason.
Please no more stupid answers from 7th graders I mean U “emma” although turtle poo as well as other reptile pets can cause salmenella…
I do have issues with anxiety but have found ways of thinking that help me with that part and of course Lexapro… although I can find myself starting to have an attack once in a while i know instantly what that feeling trigger is and I have found out how to make them go away before they get to bad.

hopebaymama asked: No matter how many burps she has, my daughter is still spitting up a lot after some feeds. Pediatrician diagnosed acid reflux and said to keep her upright. It seems to bother her, especially the really big ones. Any tips appreciated.
