Could you please read my symptoms and give me your opinion?

Ok so I’ve been have stomach problems (grumbling) not do to hunger and acid reflux symptoms (nexium isn’t helping)… I am 23 Male and just had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy both didn’t show anything. I get a sensation like theres pop rocks in my throat sometimes and I thought it was acid reflux now I don’t think so after the 2 tests came back with nothing. My neck when I move it left to right i hear cartiledge ripping and it triggers a clicking noise in my throat as well. Today I my throat was just hurting and I put my hand on my left side of my neck right under my jaw and I felt like a out of place lump that I could move. I also noticed everytime I pushed on the lump it was causing the clicking or pop rocks feeling in my throat. I can rule out colon issues and and acid reflux. When I raise my hands in the air I get the clicking in my throat… when I push on my rib cage (either side) I get the clicking in my throat. Now my upper back constantly needs to be cracked it feels like theres fluid in my upper back and I am constantly cracking my back to make it feel better. I feel like the neck issue could be spreading (thats where it started) then it moved to my shoulders and now my back… I think it all comes down some type of infection but what type. I first thought meningitis but I can move my neck to my chin with no ripping noises its moving left and right where I hear ripping and my throat clicking. Im thinking this is some massive infection but do you guys have any ideas? I can rule out acid reflux and colon issues… I feel like this lump in my throat I discovered today is causing all of the problems including my neck ripping noises and the acid reflux-like symptoms but I just don’t understand how… do you?
