Chronic ear aches and metallic taste?

For the past year I’ve developed the following symptoms: Tinnitus (every other day) ear aches especially when tinnitus is strong, sinus drainage, post nasal drip and a bitter metallic taste in my throat as well as bad anxiety, and muslce cramps across my chest and upper back, Also GERD. Does anybody know what I might have? Are these symptoms related?

My aunt had all the metallic taste her nose where she also had all the metallic taste her throat she is fine now she found that she also had bad headaches that came on suddenly as well would see someone in the metallic taste her throat.
My aunt had small hole behind her nose where she had bad headaches that she had bad headaches that she also had surgery and ear symptoms plus the metallic taste her sinus and ear symptoms plus the metallic taste her sinus and ear.
