10 months of symptoms and they still don’t no. plzzz any advice?

in may 2007 i noticed i was very fatigued. when i moved around my joints got very weak and i had to sit down. 1 night i got very weak and my face got numb and i had trouble breathing i wen 2 the ER and they just did i BP test and it was normal and told me 2 go home.
